There are 4 Tiers in the Kani Kouture Points program – Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum.The Tier you are in is determined by how much you have spent with PPB over a 12-month period.The different Tiers offer different rewards and benefits.You can see which Tier you are in on your Kani Kouture Points page, under the Tiers tab.You’ll move up to the next Tier when you hit the required spend amount for each Tier.

Anyone can join! By creating an account,you are automatically enrolled in Kani Kouture points so if you already have an account with us, you are now a Kani Kouture points member.

How do i earn points ?

How do i redeem my points ?

on your Kani Kouture points page,select page the tab called reward.
Here you'll see all the reward that are availble to you. if you have enough points, you can redeem them for a reward!

Your point balance can be viewed at the top of your Kani Kourture Point page.

Visit your Kani Kourture Points page and select the tab called Rewards. Here you’ll see all the rewards that are available to your Tier. If you have enough points, you can redeem them for a reward.

No. Go ahead and earn as many as you can!

Approved: These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately. Pending: These points need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals. There is a 28 day approval period; any points accrued from purchases that are later returned will be automatically removed from your account. Cancelled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to cancelled).

Your pending points will become cancelled and will be removed from your account.

You, or someone you referred, cancelled or returned a purchase.

It can sometimes take a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your points.

For free product rewards, you must have at least one paid item in your cart prior to adding the free product.

All of the rewards you have clicked 'Redeem' on but have not yet used can be viewed at the top of your Pawsome Points page. From here, you can then choose to redeem them.

If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us and ask to be unenrolled. We'll un-enroll you and you will lose any points you have accrued.

Just contact us and we'll re-enroll you. However, your point total will begin from zero.

Points won't expire however your tier may change based on your annual spend.
