Return and Refund Policy


Thank you for shopping with us at We strive to provide you with the best products and customer service possible. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with our return and refund policy.

General Return Policy:

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, all items must meet our RETURN CONDITION GUIDELINES you see below. the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags attached. No dog fur, dog stains and or dog smell must be present on the returned item.
  • International orders may be returned or exchanged, but customers will be responsible for all shipping costs.
  • Shipping costs are not refundable.

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following items:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items (see the “Final sale Items" section below)
  • Items that were shipped as part of an exchange

Return Process:

  • When returning an item, you have three options: refund, exchange, or store credit.
  • If you choose a refund back to your card, a $5.99 processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • If you select store credit or opt for an exchange, the processing fee will be waived.

Bundle Set Returns:

  • To return a bundle set for a refund, all items must be returned in new, hair-free condition with the tags attached and original packaging.
  • If you wish to exchange sizes for select items from the bundle set, we recommend contacting us first at
  • For a size exchange, we advise placing a new order for the desired items/sizes (must be from the same collection) and providing us with the original bundle set order number and new order number.
  • Once we receive the returned items that were in the incorrect sizing, we can refund the amount in the new order placed so that you can maintain the discounted bundle set pricing.
  • Please note that this policy does not apply to collections listed as FINAL SALE, and any shipping costs are non-refundable.

Free Gift With Purchase/BOGO Sale Returns:

  • If a free gift was included with your purchase, any returns of the original purchased items must include the free gift in new, original packaging, or with the tag attached. Failure to include the free gift will result in a withholding of the refund until the free gift is received, or the value of the free gift may be reduced from the total refund amount.
  • For buy one, get one promotions, both items must be returned for a refund. If only one of the two items is returned, the full value of the product will be deducted for the refund, voiding the promotional pricing.

Return Conditions:

  • All returned items must be in new condition, free of any dog smell, dog fur, or damage.
  • The items must be returned in their original packaging and have the original tags attached.
  • If these conditions are not met, the customer may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 50% of the product cost.
