Shipping Methods and Carriers:                                                                                    

 We currently ship all orders locally from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, using the United States Postal Service (USPS) as our primary shipping carrier. We have found USPS to be reliable and efficient for delivering our products to our customers.  We also offer UPS for express shipping options.                 

Order Processing Time:

Once you place an order with us, please allow 1-3 business days for order processing. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer due to increased order volumes. We appreciate your patience in such cases.

 Shipping Time:

After the order processing period, the estimated shipping time for orders that choose Economy shipping within the U.S. typically ranges from 5 to 8  business days. However, please note that unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions or disruptions in postal services may occasionally cause delays. The estimated shipping time for orders that choose Standard shipping within the U.S. typically ranges from 3 to 4 business days. For orders that are shipped Internationally, the estimated shipping times are 6 to 18 business days. We will do our best to keep you informed of any significant delays and work with USPS to resolve any issues promptly. Express shipping within the U.S. estimate to arrive in 1-2 business days.

 Shipping Rates:

  We are proud to offer free standard shipping for orders over $60. For orders under $59.99 a shipping cost of $7.99 will be applied for standard shipping. Discount shipping for International orders start ant $100. Additional shipping options are available at checkout for an additional cost through UPS.

Please note that additional fees, such as customs duties or taxes, may apply for international orders and are the responsibility of the customer.

 Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment at Track My Package If you encounter any issues with tracking your order, please contact our customer support team, and we will be happy to assist you.

 Shipping Address:

Please ensure that you provide us with the correct and complete shipping address during the checkout process. We will not be responsible for any delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. If your order is still being processed, we may be able to adjust your shipping address. If your order has been shipped, your best course of action would be to contact the carrier directly.

 Order Modifications and Cancellations:

If you need to modify or cancel your order after it has been placed, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. However, once the order has been shipped, we will be unable to make any changes or cancellations.

 Lost or Damaged Packages:

In the unfortunate event that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work closely with USPS to investigate the issue and find a suitable solution. Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages caused by the shipping carrier, but we will assist you in resolving the matter to the best of our ability. If you had purchased the Navidium Protection with your order, we will ship out a new package for you immediately.
