Return Policy: We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date, provided the product is unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging and proof of purchase. Shipping fees for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
3.2. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process a refund to the original payment method within 3 business days. Once we process the refund, your bank may take several days for the refund to reflect in your account. Shipping fees and any applicable restocking fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
3.3. Limited 30 day Warranty: All products sold on our site come with a limited 30 days warranty in case products are damaged from standard use. Please note that due to the nature of dogs, we reserve the right to decline a warranty exchange for a product if the item shows any signs of dog bites. Please contact our customer support team if your item is breaks within 30 days from the date you received the item.
